Motherboard removed from Panasonic Toughbook CF-54 MK2 (CF-54E9717TE) Laptop

Motherboard was removed from a working Panasonic Toughbook CF-54 MK2 Laptop the issue with the laptop was battery percentage suddenly dropping from 90% to 9%, we replaced the motherboard but the issue is still there maybe battery was faulty and motherboard is fine
