OFFERS: If the listing does not allow for offers, please feel free to reach out and have a conversation with us. We are open to fair and equitable negotiation. However, be aware, offensive offers will result in being banned from further purchases.

CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your order at any time before the item has shipped. We do appreciate cancellation before the shipping label has been purchased, but understand that situations arise that are unavoidable. 

SHIPPING: If USPS Priority Mail is "suggested", and you are not in a rush to receive your treasure, please feel free to switch the service to USPS Ground Advantage. Additionally, if your item, or combination of items, is valued at over $100, we will pay the additional insurance fee. However, please be aware, if your insured package arrives damaged, we will process a claim with USPS, but you MUST return the item to your nearest post office. If you fail to do this, we cannot refund your purchase price.

RETURNS: If you experience a problem with your purchase, PLEASE contact us first. We want you to be happy with your shopping experience. We accept official return requests within the reasonable parameters provided by eBay and will happily refund your shipping and provide a return shipping label if your item is defective or not as described. However, if you are simply not happy with your purchase, you may also return the item, at your own expense, for the purchase price. Be aware, if you abuse the eBay return process, you will be reported, which may result in sanctions, and you will be banned from future purchases.
