The case measures about 5/8 x 5/8 top, 1/2 inch bottom inch (back of the case)- without the crown 

There is a mechanical movement, 17 jewels, 10 k gold filled, fancy case

It is working-  it has to be set an accurate time

The watch is worn condition, has some scratches, worn case, 

 should be cleaned and oiled.
