DESCRIPTION: Up for sale is a "true vintage" Patagonia Snap-T Sweatshirt from 1995. Unlike the common Synchilla fleeces, this is a much rarer heavy cotton-blend version. It has a great weight to it, making it more breathable and perfect for year-round wear.
