Thank you for visiting our store.  Please see the pictures for the best description of items.  Unless otherwise stated you will receive the item in the picture except in the case of some multi-item listings the item in the worst condition will be pictured.  Items will usually be shipped within two business days based on day and time items are ordered.  We will try to ship more frequently when possible, and during the end of year rush period to limit but please understand that shipping delays may be experienced by the shipping service and are not related to us.  Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, however in most cases items will need to be shipped back in original condition.  I will only ship internationally using eBay’s international shipping program
