Every effort is made to take detailed pictures and provide an accurate description of the condition and features of any paddles and/or pickleball products we sell. 

Any paddle we sell as new can no longer be considered as new once the packaging has been removed.  

Paddles that appear to be new without packaging may be sold as “new other” if there are no signs of use or wear. Some paddles considered “new other” may have grips that are dried out if they are old models. We make every effort to replace old grips when they are too dried out to be useable or we will send the paddle with an overgrip that you can easily install. Dried out or imperfect grips are a  normal wear item as a paddle ages whether or not it has been used. 

Preowned paddles will be sold with detailed pictures of any noted blemishes or signs of wear. 

We will take responsibility for any damage to a paddle in shipping, but we will not be able to issue a full refund if a paddle has been used after we send it to you, or if it returns to us in a different condition than it arrived to you. 

Please reach out with any questions or condition issues for a paddle you receive as soon as possible so that we can address/ resolve any issues as soon as possible.
