The Galaxy S26 Ultra and its included S Pen are rated IP68 under IEC standard 60529. Based on lab test conditions, the device can be submerged in up to 1.5 metres of freshwater for up to 30 minutes (IPX8). Use at the beach or in a pool is not advised.
Water and dust resistance of the device is not permanent and may diminish over time due to normal wear and tear.
Dust resistance was tested under lab conditions by a third party: 2 kg of talc powder (max. diameter 0.05 mm) per cubic metre was blown into a test chamber housing the device (air pressure within the device kept below surrounding air) for 2 hours. Rated IP6X. Dust resistance may vary under actual usage conditions.)
