LISTINGS: The pictures in the listings are the source of truth if there is any discrepancy between description, item specifics, and pictures. All pictures are of the item for sale unless it is a multiple quantity item and all items are in similar condition, in which case I will select a representative example for photo documenting and note in the listing that this is as such. Stock photos are never used (unless by mistake). Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, device settings, or environmental conditions. We pride ourself on our transparency.
CONDITION: We give our best attempt to state condition based on interpretation of eBay guides and general industry norms and document any issues in narrative and pictures. At the end of the day, it is subjective and ultimately you define what YOU think the condition is…it won’t change the price, it’s still the same item. We are pretty particular when making any statement as “Like New” or “New”; vintage item in “New” condition will probably be like New Old Stock and will show condition change due to time.
SIGNED ITEMS: We guarantee the authenticity of any signed items (art, books, memorabilia) in perpetuity. If it is ever determined by an autograph authentication company such as PSA/DNA to be fake, you may return the item at that time for a full refund of the purchase price including shipping (the authentication service costs will not be refunded); a refund will not be made after 30 days if a final determination could not be made. Or you can try to convince us and if you do, same refund opportunity and we reserve the right to get the signed item back prior to refund, should we desire.
SHIPPING AND COMBINED SHIPPING: Paid orders the same or next business day (unless weekend or holiday) in most cases. We combine orders for reduced shipping automatically if ordered roughly around the same time. We do not intentionally overstate shipping weight or dimensions or ship a lower level without contacting buyer, although we reserve the right to ship via a different shipping service than selected (but at the same service level or better). We are a very protective and experienced shipping organization with a major tendency to be over-protective for items regardless of value; always packing properly first and weigh last. We will NOT ship to any address other than that which was specified in the order and stated on eBay as the Ship-To address.
RETURNS: 30 day no-risk returns and seller (i.e. US) pays return shipping unless otherwise stated in the listing. Your worst-case situation is that you will get ALL of your money refunded should it not meet your expectations (item cost and domestic portion of shipping). Refund and Return requests must be handled through the eBay Return process but you are encouraged to reach out to me prior to see if we can reconcile the issue at hand. For INTERNATIONAL orders, we will refund as much of shipping allowable with the eBay International Shipping Program which may only be the US domestic portion of the shipping.
