Sega Dreamcast Faulty Spares repairs.

Rumble Pack (untested so might not work)

Powers on, plays game discs , but there are graphical glitches that appear in the textures on screen when playing - usually blocks here and there or an area of texture flashes another colour briefly.
I recorded a video of it happening on Sega Rally. There are photos showing it - yellow or green patches flash here and there.

Case has yellowing , marks and scuffs in places as you would expect from a used console. FAULTY
