How to use the product:

Wash your hands thoroughly before applying the ointment.
Tilt your head back slightly and gently pull down the lower eyelid to form a small pocket.
Squeeze a thin strip (about 1 cm) of ointment into the lower eyelid pocket.
Close your eyes gently and blink a few times to spread the ointment evenly over the eye surface.
Use once daily at night or as directed by your eye care professional.
Avoid touching the tip of the tube to your eye or any surface to prevent contamination.

Ingredients:

Active ingredient: Vitamin A (retinol palmitate) – supports regeneration of the eye surface and maintains healthy vision.

Other ingredients / excipients: Liquid paraffin – lubricates and protects the eye Soft paraffin – forms a protective layer to retain moisture.

This formulation is preservative-free, making it suitable for sensitive eyes.

Side effects:

We dispatch orders using the Royal Mail service and various other couriers. Delivery in the UK typically takes 2-7 working days.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day of being placed.

The Royal Mail delivery service that we use classifies UK destination parcels, which take over 5 working days from the day of dispatch for delivery as "Delayed". After 15 working days from the day a UK destination parcel is dispatched, an order is considered by the Royal Mail as "Lost". Returns
