This Vintage Bret Lawrence Blazer Preppy Sports Blazer is from my late husband's wardrobe.  It is a classic, stylish men's wardrobe favorite. Made in Poland from the world's finest wool (shell) and a rayon-viscose lining, this piece features a two-button, single-breasted style with four-sleeve buttons and a single vent. This exquisite blazer is suitable for business, travel, university, weddings, parties, casually elegant evenings out, and other events. There is one moth hole (see photos 10 & 11) and 3 places where the moth began to eat, but we caught it in time to refrigerate the item to kill the moth.  Note also:  4 tiny pen-point-size holes near one of the sleeve buttons--these are NOT moth holes, but thread areas where a square label with the Size was stitched at the four corners, and my late husband likely yanked the label off.
