Description: Antique Barker Ellis EPNS Pierced Footed Serving Bowl – Made in England – 22 cm

Elegant early 20th century English silver-plated serving bowl by Barker Ellis (formerly Barker Brothers), Birmingham.

This beautifully detailed piece features a pierced lattice gallery rim, beaded edge trim, and three decorative scroll feet. The exterior retains its original warm gilt (gold wash) finish, contrasted by a bright silver-plated interior.

Marked to the underside: EPNS – Made in England with a pattern number. This item also has the Barker Ellis clover and star logo.

Condition:
Good antique condition with age-appropriate wear. There is visible plating wear and brassing to the exterior and underside, consistent with use and age. The interior remains bright and reflective with light surface scratching. Feet are secure and stable. Some surface wear, some surface discoloration, some wear to the silver surface, some tarnishing. Please review photos carefully as they form part of the description. From smoke-free and pet free premises.
