1999-2004 Ford F250, F350 Super Duty Heater AC Climate Control temperature OEM

Great working and looking used condition. Removed from a 2004 Ford F250 Super Duty. Has the common hairline cracks where the small bulbs are installed from heat. This does not affect the functionality of the module. Both bulbs and all switch function work as they should. Please closely refer to all photos.
