This is a Men's [Inter Milan 2006/2007 Home] jersey in size [Medium], product code is 126539. This is the rare long sleeved version in Nike Spheredry.

There is cracking on front Pirelli logo (see pictures), and the slightest crack on the back color decal (see pic).
