Excellent used cosmetic condition with the usual light age related handling marks.  Black barrel with brushed steel cap with gold clip and trim. Cap is stamped "Parker Made in USA". No date mark so pre 1980.  The nib is a medium stainless steel and looks to be in perfect condition. Dip tested and  it writes nicely (see photo of writing sample).   The pen can use cartridges or the ink converter filler which is fitted and working when water tested.  No box.
