This book of plans was left over from our hardware store that closed in the late 90s. It’s new, but I had to put it in a new plastic bag as the original one had rotted away. Found these while finally cleaning out our storage after 30+ years.

Book is in good shape except for when I took pictures of the inside it wanted to separate from the spine. So sorry i only took pictures of the one page I open to. See pictures.
