In used vintage condition. No holes or major defects. Some light spots inside- see photos. Smoke & pet free home. Stretchy smocked material can accommodate a bigger size. Size 12 listed but this time period of clothes runs SMALL obviously. This is cotton material with elastic ruching.

MEASUREMENTS when stretched:

The leg opening when fully stretched measures 12 inches across from the front- so I'm guessing a total of 24 inches around. Hip about 20"- so about 40 inches in total, waist is about 30 inches around, and bust is 18 inches on one side- so maybe a 36" total. All measurements are approximate. This is stretchy and has plenty of give in the material. Elastic is still in good condition.
