You are looking at a fine art print created by Jermaine Rogers titled We Carry Each Other. 
This art was originally used for a Deftones Philadelphia concert poster.
Only 25 copies were produced and this one is #13.

Great condition. Nice corners, the only issue I can find is from a water drop on the top border, left center that is not very noticable at all (see pics).  I am extremely critical when rating the condition of my items. This poster has been stored rolled and needs to be flattened or put in a frame. Pics were taken with and without flash.
