These are 3D printed front subframe splash shield clips designed to replace the factory style clips that reference Toyota / Lexus part number 51455-0E010.
Two clips are used to secure the plastic lower cover / splash shield to the front subframe.
The clip installs into the subframe holes, and a screw is then tightened to expand the clip and lock it in place.

Fit & installation
Two clips are required to secure the plastic splash shield to the front subframe.
The clips press into the two subframe holes.
A screw is then installed (screws not included) to expand the clip and lock it into place.
