Beautiful early 1900s Shofu Nagoya Nippon porcelain plate featuring a vivid turquoise ground with hand-painted flying geese in a marsh landscape. Delicate gold gilt flowers and grasses sweep across the lower half of the plate, and the rim is richly decorated with raised moriage beading and tiny pastel “jewel” dots for added texture and sparkle.

The back is stamped “Shofu Nagoya Nippon,” placing production in the late Meiji–Taisho era, roughly 1891–1921.

This cabinet plate displays beautifully on a stand or wall and is an excellent addition for collectors of Nippon moriage, Japanese art pottery, or bird-themed decor.
