An exceptionally rare and highly collectible accessory from the iconic Chanel Spring/Summer 1992 collection, this multicolour pill chain belt is one of the most playful and recognizable designs from the era. Famously seen on Naomi Campbell on the runway, it embodies the bold, irreverent spirit of early 1990s Chanel.
Crafted in 24K gold-plated metal, the belt features a rich gold chain base adorned with vibrant pill-shaped charms in shades of green, red, blue, orange, yellow, hot pink, ecru, black, and white. The front is designed with multiple draped chains that create a dramatic layered effect.
A hook closure allows for an adjustable fit, making the piece versatile in styling. While designed as a belt, it can also be worn as a statement necklace.
This is a rare museum-worthy piece, with only a handful appearing on the market over the past several years. Currently, only one example is available worldwide.
