I do my best to ensure nothing gets shipped that I wouldn't use myself and honestly the standards for me to ship one are even higher, as I don't want it to reflect poorly on me.
Handling time is an ETA of 5 days. It should never take that long, but each print does take some time to print, especially since I take my time to ensure it comes out great! Every lightbox will come with a light strip which is a typical USB plug.

Please note: As of 01.20.26, all lightboxes now include an additional layer of adhesion to address the occasional adhesion issues reported with the included LED strips. These adhesion concerns are unpredictable and stem from the third‑party light strips supplied with the product, not from the design or print quality of the lightbox itself.
Because the adhesion failure cannot be identified prior to shipment, this added layer has been implemented after testing showed it effectively resolves the issue. This improvement is intended to ensure a more consistent experience for future orders.
