Slow rotation adjusts by 1°C per increment; fast rotation adjusts by 5°C per increment. 2: Briefly press the center encoder button to enter sleep mode. Any encoder movement or handle vibration will exit sleep mode. 3: Double-click the center encoder button to enter enhanced mode. Any encoder movement will exit enhanced mode. 4: In sleep mode, hold the center button to power off. Power on by reinserting power or briefly pressing the center button. 5: Enter sleep mode after prolonged inactivity (default 5 minutes). Enter soft shutdown mode after extended inactivity (default 30 minutes). 6: Hold and turn knob left once to enter shutdown time adjustment (units: minutes). Short press to exit after adjustment. 7: Hold and turn knob right once to enter sleep time adjustment (units: minutes). Short press to exit after adjustment. Long press to adjust temperature parameters and calibrate temperature. Default settings are generally accurate; calibrate with a thermometer if desired.
