Used to aid a refreshing night’s sleep
What is Kalms Night?
Kalms Night contains valerian, traditionally used for its sedative action to relieve sleeplessness without causing drowsiness the next day.
Kalms Night contains a herbal extract Valerian
Valerian is used to relieve restlessness and sleep disturbances.
Who can use it
For adults and the elderly.
Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years old.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
It is best not to take any non-essential medication when pregnant or breastfeeding. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
How to use
4 tablets: one hour before bedtime.
