Here is a lovely antique oil lamp made by the SILBER Co. London . The burner has double flat wicks, which you can individually adjust with your two adjusting screws and both adjusters have the SILBER Co. London inserts.

The oil lamp has a white glass fuel reservoir with a gold coloured band. The reservoir sits on a metal Corinthian column, which leads down to a curved base. The oil lamp stands on a black stepped ceramic base.

The SILBER burner has a lamp shade ring and you have a frosted acid etched glass globe shade, which stands on the brass metal platform. you have also a glass GRIFFIN oil lamp chimney .

The total height of the oil lamp to the top chimney glass rim is 68 cm high

From my research the Silber burner was designed to work on mineral oil and vegetable oil as a source of fuel. But I would suggest using oil lamp oil for fuel.

Never use petrol as fuel for this oil lamp
