Vintage Orthodox religious icon pendant, double-sided.

One side depicts Virgin Mary with Child (Theotokos / Hodegetria), the other features a Christian cross with IC XC NIKA inscription.
This type of pendant is commonly known as a pilgrim icon, traditionally worn as a devotional item.

The metal appears to be silver, however it has not been tested.
No visible hallmarks — typical for older pilgrimage icons.
