Shirt Length: Measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the very bottom of the Dress Shirt. 
Neck to Shoulder: Measured from the middle of the neck to the end of the shoulder (where the sleeve starts). 
Sleeve Length: Measured from the shoulder to the wrist. 
Shoulder: Measured from the point where the yoke meets the sleeve, to the same point on the othered side. It's the length from one shoulder to another. 
Chest: A Flat Measurement that is measured from the bottom of the armpit of the sweater, to the bottom of the other armpit then doubled to represent the full circumference of the chest. 
Hem: Measured from one side to another. 
Sleeve cuff: Measured the length of the sleeve cuff. 
Collar Length: Unbutton the shirt. Place flat on the back side. Measure from the center of the button to the center of the button hole.
