Items may be exchanged or replaced within 30 days of delivery.
This period begins from the date you receive your item.

Returns are not accepted for sealed products (e.g., booster boxes, factory-sealed packs) once opened, in order to protect product integrity and value for all collectors.

To ensure smooth handling of any potential issues, we kindly ask that you record a video and take clear photos when opening your package. This helps us verify and resolve any concerns related to condition or missing items quickly and fairly.

Return Shipping:
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or significant damage).
