🔮 How It Plays:

Flood the board with a literal snake pit using Xyris, the Writhing Storm! This Temur (Green/Blue/Red) deck focuses on combat damage triggers. Whenever Xyris deals combat damage to a player, both you and that player draw cards—but you get a 1/1 Snake token for every card they draw. By using pump spells and protection, you ensure Xyris connects often, turning your opponents' "gifts" of card draw into a massive, lethal army. We designed this as a Bracket 2 deck (Core level).

⚔️ Core Strategy:

The strategy is all about maximizing Xyris's trigger. Use pump spells like Become Immense or Invigorate right before damage to multiply the number of Snakes you create. Protect your commander with Blossoming Defense and Snake Umbra (which also provides extra card draw). If the board is stalled, use Roar of Challenge or Rogue's Passage to force Xyris through, then finish the game with a Temur Battle Rage for double the tokens and double the pain.
