We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday to Friday by 3:00 PM are despatched the same working day in 99% of cases. Please note that the stated delivery times assume payment is received by 3:00 PM at the latest.

Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands. For deliveries to Italy, prepayment is required. For orders under €150, VAT will be calculated and collected at the time of ordering. However, for orders over €150, additional VAT and import duties may be charged before delivery can be completed.

We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that some orders require a signature upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive the goods. Please note that the courier may require assistance unloading heavy items.

If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the data. The return label for these items was not used in the original production.

If your item is faulty or you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide friendly and honest advice and work together to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you purchased an item by mistake or have an idea for a new purchase, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to help. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to such returns.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost during transit. However, delivery will be subject to the shipping costs, and the shipment will be preserved.
