This part is in used condition and may have some minor cosmetic scratches, wears & tears, dings, scuffs, rash, cracks, bents, etc but has no serious damage and sold AS IS. If part has major damage it will be clearly shown and pointed out in pictures and/or stated on our Item's description. All parts are carefully inspected, cleaned and ready to be installed. Year, make and model part removed off of is the only we can guarantee and if you have a different year, make and model please do your research prior buying it. GROUND SHIPPING:
Most parts are shipped within 1-2 (9AM-5PM) business days Monday – Friday after PAYMENT CONFIRMATION. All orders placed after 5PM will be shipped within next 1-2 business days. Shipping is via USPS, UPS or Fedex Ground but we do not account for delays with shipping companies. We also offer express / priority shipping at buyer’s expense. We will provide tracking number to eBay as soon as we ship.

Shipping of large and expensive items such as engine, frame, forks etc., WILL REQUIRE SIGNATURE SERVICE
Heavy items over 150lbs will be shipped via freight and will be required a commercial address with forklift accessibility or shipped to the nearest freight terminal for you to pick up. Residential deliveries will have an extra fee.

RETURN POLICY:
No warranty on used parts. We mark all our parts with marker and/or hologram stickers for tampering purposes. Please don't swap our parts out for return, such action will be reported to eBay.
All parts must be returned marked and/or with hologram sticker on it and in the same condition as they were received.
All Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase date. Fuel related parts, electronics and damaged parts by buyers are not accepted. 20% restocking fee & initial shipping cost will be applied and buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the incorrect or defective part was accidently shipped by us.
In case of an incorrect or defective part was received, please contact us as soon as possible through eBay messages before filing a claim or providing negative feedback so that we ca do our best to solve the issue.
