Warranty Information

To claim warranty, the device must not be physically opened, altered or attempted jail break.  

We only accept genuine warranty claims and reserve the rights to decline any false or suspected warranty claim.   

Once accepted, the warranty claims will allow the buyer to get their devices fixed or replaced (if unable to be repaired); repairs are dealt professionally and we aim to repair or replace your device within 10 days, subject to availability of service or stock.  

Buyer must notify us about the issue/fault the device has developed prior to any warranty claim so we can address the issue. Please note: Warranty does not cover any physical & liquid damages and any damage caused by user or due to wrong use of device and its accessories.

Return Policy

We offer 30 Days Money Back service from the receipt of goods for an exchange or a refund. 

A free return label is provided for all returns within the first 30 days.  

New items must be returned in their original sealed unopened packaging. 

Items with manufacturer seal, the items should be returned with unbroken seal and intact. 

You must also include all packaging that has been received.
