All our regulator rectifiers are tested before dispatch to confirm correct voltage regulation and output.
If you still experience charging or battery issues after fitting a new unit, the fault is likely elsewhere in the electrical system.

Before replacing or diagnosing a rectifier as faulty, please ensure:

• The battery is healthy and fully charged

• The stator/alternator is producing correct AC voltage

• All connectors, wiring, and grounds are clean, secure, and free from corrosion or damage

• The fuse and ignition circuit are intact

A faulty stator or poor wiring connection is a more common cause of charging problems than the rectifier itself.
