High Quality Aftermarket Regulator Rectifier
All our regulator rectifiers are tested before dispatch to confirm correct voltage regulation and output.
If you still experience charging or battery issues after fitting a new unit, the fault is likely elsewhere in the electrical system.
Before replacing or diagnosing a rectifier as faulty, please ensure:
The battery is healthy and fully charged
The stator/alternator is producing correct AC voltage
All connectors, wiring, and grounds are clean, secure, and free from corrosion or damage
The fuse and ignition circuit are intact
A faulty stator or poor wiring connection is a more common cause of charging problems than the rectifier itself.
If youre unsure how to test these components, we strongly recommend having the system checked by a qualified auto electrician or motorcycle technician to avoid unnecessary part replacement.
