Condition: Used, partially working condition. The presser foot will not move up or down. This is due to the presser not moving when the presser foot lever is moved up or down. This item turns on, the light works, the foot pedal works, the needle moves up and down. Something wrong between the presser foot lever and the presser foot. Tension dial on the front (connected to the presser foot lever) also is not great. 

Some surface wear. Includes instructions. Some surface discoloration. Smoke-free and pet free premises.
