I would like to let you know i am formally requesting the phone recording you suggest you have on record of the call your nurse made to me on 31ST December 2024

The same recording that you said you have reviewed and the reason you have give to me as to why you have terminated my grandfathers care at your care home .

I would like to say that it is also against the law to record a phone conversation ( as a company ) without giving me any notification of doing so . And there was no consent given from me for this so called phone call to be recorded . I would like to ask how and where this call is stored and what GDPR exercises are you using to protect my data ?
