SHIPPING
All items are dispatched within one working day of the purchase date.
We currently ship to the UK (including Guernsey and Jersey) and internationally to the EU.
All shipping is via Royal Mail 2nd Class post (2-3 day delivery) unless an alternative is selected at checkout.
Every item is double checked by our staff and photographed and securely packaged before dispatch.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Simply contact us to arrange a return if you have changed your mind and no longer want the product (has to be unused/unopened). Used/opened products will not be accepted for return even if Your request was approved via the eBay system and sent back to us. All returned items must be in their original condition (completely UNUSED and UNOPENED, alongside any free gifts or external packaging) and we must be notified within 7 days of receipt.
Buyer must also be willing to pay for return postage.
