We ship within 1 day after order is paid. OVERNIGHT services require special handling. Let us know ahead of time to avoid any delays.

Items are packed safely within FEDEX / USPS / UPS' shipping guidelines. We mostly use NEW shipping and packing materials.

Our shipping cut off is 4:00pm EST (New York, NY).

Maximum reimbursment without coverage is $100 as per FedEx / UPS / USPS terms and conditions.

Shipments being delivered to residential addresses must require an ADULT signature upon delivery as per ebay's shipping policies, no exceptions.

If you wish to purchase insurance for your package there will be a additional costs, paid by the buyer. Kindly request prior to checkout. 

International buyers subject to their country's brokerage and duty.

We are located and ship from Dayton, Ohio.

Most orders are usually delivered within 3 business days but sometimes could take upto 5 business days.

Due to past experiences we DO NOT ship on customer's shipping accounts.

We have a 0% shipping error on record. We pay the cost of returns if we made the mistake.

Sealed boxes can not be opened.

Opened box items must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition as pictured.

Serial numbers are recorded to avoid different items from being returned. A 20% restocking fee might apply.

Please ensure that all security and tamperproof stickers remain attached and unaltered as seen in the pictures. Removing these stickers will void your warranty and make the item ineligible for return. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

We can also accept PayPal, Wire Transfers and ACH payments.

Review the seller’s registered location and date of registration.
