The Company offer a replacement warranty only or credit the purchase value of any defective goods, if the Company is satisfied such defect across solely through faulty material or workmanship and such goods are returned immediately.
We may ask defective item for inspection and must be delivered to our warehouse; all postage and Taxes will be paid by buyer. Company will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage.
Warranty claim will not process later then twelve months or 12000 miles whichever comes first from the date of dispatched.
Warranty will be void, if the Item used in any form of motor competition, racing or for performance purposes Engine
Its customer responsibility to check their local Taxes before order, Company will not take ay responsibility for local Tax payment, its customer responsibility to pay all their local Tax.
All order must be returns within 30 days from the date of dispatched, Goods returned without the company's consent will not be accepted for credit and shall remain the sole risk and at the sole liability of the customer. Any goods which are accepted by the Company for return will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
All Goods must be into its original packing without any mark on the product and on packing, any opened, damage products box by customer will not be accepted for return and it will be customer responsibly to arrange the collection within 7 days of notice, company will not be liable or responsible for storage.
If a buyer wishes to return parts due to changing their mind or ordering by mistake, a 15% fee will be deducted from the total payment as a service charges/Handling charges.
