Our warranty terms
The warranty covers the following:
- Dead plant
- Wrong species

The warranty does not cover the following:
- Minor damage to plants, e.g. Slightly root rot, some leaf drop, slight fungus.
- Some plants may have slightly yellow spots or edges due to the temperatures or sunlight. But the younger and newer leaves will be replaced soon.
- Package lost or stolen

The parcel should be received on the first delivery:
- It is the buyer's responsibility to contact us in writing within one hour of the first delivery attempt.
- Please note, that the time limit for filing a claim is to ensure that the plant is not left outside in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time before it is accepted.
- We guarantee that the trees are alive, But there is no guarantee that the tree will survive being left in abnormal temperatures for more than an hour.
