I was experiencing sudden shutdowns and mistakenly attributed this to the motor supposedly over heating. After obtaining a new drive motor, Part No. 100112728 which is the current replacement, I installed it and found that the shutdown problem still existed! Next I bought a replacement motor circuit control board. Upon installation this immediately solved the problem. This is why I have this used perfectly performing motor for sale.

The motor will be shipped in the styrofoam packaging and box I received the new one in from Johnson Controls. This will ensure tha tit is transported without any issues. Although the motor is running and functioning perfectly I cannot guarantee its future long-term performance.
