Please know that any size seen in the photos does not always depict the actual size in the title and the description of the listing. We have multiple shoes of the same kind that are different sized. We only take one set of pictures as they all look the same.
Please know that colors do appear different sometimes when taking photos. We always take our own photos. We always put the color as we see it in the title and description as well. We put information in all listings so you can do research if needed on size / color / measurements and so forth. We always provide as much information as available.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To insure your comfort and proper fit, we request you do the following:
1) BE SURE OF THE FIT. Try your purchased clothing item on before removing tags.. If the fit feels wrong, SEND THEM BACK for a replacement, exchange or credit.
2) DO NOT WEAR CLOTHING unless you are completely satisfied with the fit. Soiled, damaged clothing and damaged without original packaging WILL NOT be accepted for replacement, exchange, credit or refund. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GIVEN.
