We Provide Free Delivery on all items to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland, which will be dispatched within 1 working day or same day if purchased before 10.00. For Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Europe there will be a surcharge and delivery will take longer but please contact us so we can provide you with a cost before you make the purchase.
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery for smaller items under £10. Royal Mail Tracked 48/Yodel 48 for items which are above £20 and DHL for bigger and expensive items. Ordering with Class Electronics is quick and simple, and if you wish to purchase express delivery this can be purchased on checkout.
If for any reason you do not receive your order when expected, please contact us. As delivery services are not 100% guaranteed, particularly during busy periods such as xmas, we do ask that you allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery. If after a couple of days your order has still not reached you, contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
We accept 30 days no hassle returns but the buyer must pay full cost of shipping the item back. We take extreme care to ensure that goods are examined for damage before packaging and sending. However, we understand that goods may be damaged in transit and in this case we offer a fast, replacement for any damaged item at our cost. We expect such incidents to be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery to enable us to process your replacement/refund as quickly as possible. If you are not happy with your item for any other reason, you may send it back to us in the original condition and packaging.
