The Yamaha Lower Unit Gearcase for 1994 and up 25HP 2-stroke engines with a short shaft. From a 2007 Yamaha model 25ESH motor.  Overall good condition, splines are all excellent.  Shifts easily into forward, reverse and neutral.  Gear oil is dark but has no signs of water or metal bits.  Water pump is included, recommend replacing the impeller before using it.  Fast shipping.
