The unique spiked design & decagonal rollers of the PediSpiker®️ are key features in the effective stimulation of the Plantar Fascia. This is a thick web-like connective tissue that runs from the heel to the front of the foot. When the PediSpiker®️ is repeatedly rolled against this region as instructed, it promotes increased blood flow which in turn encourages a healing response.

What Conditions Does the PediSpiker®️ Target?

The PediSpiker®️ has been developed specifically to treat Plantar Fasciitis, which is the most common cause of heel pain affecting 1 in 10 people. How To Use the PediSpiker®️

Ideally used first thing in the morning and before or after exercise.From a standing or seated position roll the PediSpiker® back & forth from your toes to your heels. Repeat this process for 3-5 minutes, up to 3 times a day. To help reduce inflammation place PediSpiker® in freezer for up to 1 hour before use.
