CD, booklet and tray card are all in VG+ condition.  Tray card is creased, like it's been folded.  No CD case is included.  The CD and cover art will ship in a small paper envelope inside a cardboard CD outer envelope via US Postal Service (I pay the Non-machineable Surcharge for the free shipping).  This Regular Mail shipment is NOT tracked.  I guarantee you will receive the CD in the condition specified in this listing.  I've had excellent results with this system.  I ship from my mailbox in northwest Illinois and you can expect your order anywhere in the lower 48 states within one week (a day or two longer if there's holidays or weather delays involved).
