Baldor 5 horsepower 3 phase electric motor model: EM3218T. This motor is a 5 hp, 3 phase, multi-voltage 208 / 230 / 460, 1750 RPM, 184T frame, continuous duty motor. This motor is specifically designed to be used with air compressors to meet start-up load/torque specifications. This Baldor electric motor spins at 1750 RPM. It can replace a higher RPM motor; however, you will have to use a larger pulley to make the RPMs match. This motor has a 1 year limited manufacturer's warranty available through your local Baldor electric motor service center.
This is a multi-voltage motor and can run at 208, 220, 230, or 460 volts. Amperage draw will vary depending on the voltage refer to specifications for amp draw ratings.
