Bavarian Porcelain Cake Plate Pink Rose Germany 9 1/4" Hand Painted.  It includes gold filigree designs that looks like thistles to me.  The center design is pink roses with green leaves and elegant white embossing around the rim.

I looked for hours trying to identify this pattern and this is the closest that I could find.  Please feel free to correct me if I have my description wrong.  It is in very good condition for its age.
