There's very few people who don't enjoy a nice chocolate cake, and I won't let you miss out because you've had to go gluten free or you're trying out a vegan January challenge! That's why Meg's Vegan Gluten Free Bakes has released this gorgeous CHOCOLATE VICTORIA SPONGE!
This consists of a 2 tier, chocolate 7 inch sponge cake, sandwiched with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam, with a wintry dusting of icing sugar on the top.
It will be baked fresh to order in my 5 star rated hygiene kitchen, which is a dedicated vegan and gluten free environment. I have certificates in food catering and food allergens and intolerances.
This cake serves 8 large slices or 10 standard slices. It contains SOYA. It is made in a kitchen that handles peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and mustard. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please get in touch.
