This is a new HO Scale Rapido FL9 locomotive painted in Metro North's Blue & White color scheme. This comes from the factory with an installed loksound V5 decoder. The optional included working ditch lights have been installed. It also includes operating number boards lights, step lights, ground lights, and marker lights. This comes with full factory packaging and instructions.  

Weathering Details:
- Heavy weathering across the entire locomotive.
- Semi-gloss side and cab panels with flat dirt accumulations. 
- Heavy truck and under frame detailing with highlighted metal components.  
- Grill and fan duct details. 
- Minor spill areas with the central fuel tank.
- detailed vent openings. 
- minor roof and front end paint chipping
- polyurethane coating to allow handling of the model without damaging the weathering.
