This is a factory sealed unopened copy of WWE Smackdown VS Raw 2010 for the PS3. There is a small piece of plastic poking out on the back corner near the top right side. I included a photo of that spot. There is some kind of rattle from the inside that isn't the standard manual bouncing around rattle they all have. It sounds like a small piece of plastic, and it's likely the spindle, as I don't see any physical damage to the outside.
